Environmental impact and measures: 2 × the environmental protection setting of the plant has not changed; 1 × the adjustment content of the plant is: 1. Waste water: cleaning waste water of the cleaning room, which is recycled for cleaning after being treated by the "air flotation + filtration" process. 2. Waste gas: mainly including paint grinding dust, coating organic waste gas VOCs and gas waste gas of hot blast furnace. The dust will be discharged by a 15m high exhaust funnel after being treated by the supporting dust removal facilities; the organic waste gas of paint will be collected by a fan and discharged by a 15m high exhaust funnel after being purified by "filter cotton + UV photolysis + activated carbon". 3. Solid waste: it is mainly general industrial solid waste such as the outer packaging of raw and auxiliary materials of the coating line; hazardous waste such as dust collection, paint slag, waste paint barrel and waste filter material for paint polishing. In addition to the containers that can be recovered by the manufacturer, the rest of the hazardous wastes shall be handled by the qualified unit. 4. Noise: noise of main water pumps, fans and other equipment. After the existing wall sound insulation, and taking measures such as shock absorption and noise reduction, it can effectively reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding environment.
